Career Pathway Panels
First year students will be participating in Career Pathway Panels on November 25, 2008. These panels will give students an opportunity to learn more about their first and second choice career pathways. WTMC's second and third year students will be volunteering their time to be panelists to describe their chosen WCC program and answer questions.

First year students should be in their BASE classroom by 9:00 AM on Tuesday, November 25, 2008. They will be participating in the Career Pathway Panels throughout the morning and dismissal for the day will be at Noon.

Charlie Brown Thanksgiving
The Student Council is sponsoring a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving movie on Monday, November 24th at 4 p.m. in BE 158. Click here for more information.
WCC Winter Semester Registration
Students taking college classes for Winter 09 should be making appointments with their B.A.S.E. advisors to have their schedules ready to be processed on November 12, 2008. Those who schedule early get the best schedules, make your appointment now.
Enrollment Kick Off Nights for 2009/2010
An Enrollment Kick Off night for fall 2009 is scheduled for Wednesday, January 28, 2009 and will be repeated on Tuesday, February 12, 2009. The meetings will be in Towsley Auditorium in the Morris Lawrence Building on the campus of Washtenaw Community College from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. There will be a presentation about the middle college and the application process will be explained. Applications will be distributed and there will be time for questions from the audience.
WTMC class schedules
We have new class WTMC schedules for Monday through Thursday and a WTMC shortened Friday schedule. Fridays are short schedule days with first year students reporting for BASE groups at 11 a.m. The first period of class on Friday begins at 12:20 p.m., second period begins at 1:10 p.m., third period begins at 2:00 p.m. and fourth period begins at 2:50 p.m. Classes end at 3:30 p.m. on Fridays.
Student Council Meetings
The student council will meet on Mondays from 3:30p.m. until 4:45p.m. in TI 108. All interested WTMC students can attend.
Math Tutoring
Math tutoring with Mrs. Klemmer on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30 in room TI-226.
FIRST Robotics Competition and the WCC Automation Technology Certificate Program
Students who are interested in robotics can enroll in First Robotics, a seven and a half week course which runs from October 28, 2008 until December 16, 2008. The course meets on Tuesdays from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. This in an introduction to robotics and a way to begin participation in the "First Robotics" team that takes part in the robotics competition. See your BASE advisor about registering.

Washtenaw Technical Middle College is a public charter program in residence at Washtenaw Community College (WCC) in Ann Arbor, Michigan .
