Below you will find application documents for the 2013 - 2014 school year. Please download the appropriate set and submit the entire application packet to the WTMC main office. NOTE: you must download both the "admissions policies / application" and the "additional forms" in order to have a complete application packet.
 
For application to the middle college program (students currently in the 9th- or 10th-grade), you need these forms:

Applications for the 10th- 11th-grade middle college program are DUE March 15 by 3:00 p.m.
 
 
For application to the ninth-grade academy (students currently in the 8th-grade), you will need these forms:
