WTMC Board of Directors for 2007 - 2008

William J. Davis, Jr.
Mr. Davis is currently the President of Arbor Springs Water Co., Inc. He received his Bachelor of General Studies from the University of Nebraska in 1969 and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1979. Mr. Davis has served on the Board of Directors of a number of business enterprises, including Alternative Light Theatrical Lighting, Marten/Davis LTD, MDM Restaurants Inc., and DGB LTD d/b/a A.F. Runnel Studios. He has also served as a member of the WCC Board of Trustees (from 1993-1998).

Jan Gensheimer
Ms. Gensheimer is a business consultant with extensive experience in designing and delivering marketing, development, strategy and re-engineering solutions for businesses, government and health care organizations. She has managed large and successful information technology projects that reduced operating costs for 3M Health Care/Sarns, the Medstat Group and Wayne County. She received a Bachelor of Arts and Secondary Education Teaching Certificate from Eastern Michigan University in 1979 and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 1995.

Will Johnson
Mr. Johnson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Chelsea Community Hospitals from 1975 to 1998. He has worked in health care administration for more than 30 years. He has also served on the boards of numerous health care, civic and social organizations, including the American Red Cross, the Chelsea Community Foundation, the Chelsea Community Hospital, Silver Maples of Chelsea, and the Washtenaw Development Council. He holds a B.A. from the College of Wooster and an Masters of Health Administration from the University of Michigan.

R. Griffith MacDonald (President)
Mr. MacDonald has been active in local community organizations for 30 years. He served as a Trustee and Chair of the Washtenaw Community College Board, the Vice-President of the Harvard Business School Club of Detroit, the co-founder of Ann Arbor Area 2000, and the Director of the Washtenaw United Way (1981-1997), the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce (1976-1986) and the International Association for Financial Planning, Southeast Michigan (1987-1988). He is currently the President of Integrated Financial Strategies Group. He received a B.A. (with distinction) from DePauw University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Paulette R. Miller (Treasurer)
Ms. Miller has served the past 13 years as the President of Miller & Associates, P.C., of Ann Arbor, and has served as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for a number of companies since 1973. Her community involvement has included membership on the Board of Directors of the Ypsilanti Chamber of Commerce, President of the Business & Professional Women's Club, Treasurer of the Ronald McDonald House, President of the Washtenaw Economic Development Council, and Treasurer of the Washtenaw Community College Foundation. She received a degree in Mathematics & Accounting from Michigan Technological University in 1964 and her B.B.A. in Accounting (with Mathematics Minor) in 1972.

Joseph F. Scheuring, Jr.(Secretary)
Mr. Scheuring is the Plant Engineer, Assistant Engineering Manager, and part-owner of Dexter Fastener Technologies of Dexter, Michigan He has worked as an engineer in a number of manufacturing companies since 1966. He completed high school in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, and received his Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from G.M.I. Engineering and Management in Flint, MI. Mr. Scheuring has served as the President of the Dexter Area Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Washtenaw Council of Chambers, the Washtenaw Development Council, the Washtenaw Pollution Prevention Coalition, the Washtenaw Education-Work Consortium, and the Washtenaw-Livingston Tech Prep Advisory Committee. Mr. Scheuring values his experience as a co-op student with General Motors and has worked to develop job-shadowing programs in the area.

Stuart E. White (Vice-president)
Mr. White has many years of experience in teaching social studies, organizing and sponsoring academic games, and planning strategic initiatives. He was an initial organizer of House One in the Ann Arbor Public Schools, a personalized form of secondary education, which operates currently as the IDB Block. He is a national board member of the Academic Games League of America, with 20 years experience in organizing academic events for high school students. Currently, he chairs the Board of Cogsdill Tool Products.
