Jan Gensheimer
Ms. Gensheimer is a business consultant with extensive experience in designing and delivering marketing, development, strategy and re-engineering solutions for businesses, government and health care organizations. She has managed large and successful information technology projects that reduced operating costs for 3M Health Care/Sarns, the Medstat Group and Wayne County. She received a Bachelor of Arts and Secondary Education Teaching Certificate from Eastern Michigan University in 1979 and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 1995. Mr. Johnson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Chelsea Community Hospitals from 1975 to 1998. He has worked in health care administration for more than 30 years. He has also served on the boards of numerous health care, civic and social organizations, including the American Red Cross, the Chelsea Community Foundation, the Chelsea Community Hospital, Silver Maples of Chelsea, and the Washtenaw Development Council. He holds a B.A. from the College of Wooster and an Masters of Health Administration from the University of Michigan. R. Griffith MacDonald (President)
Mr. MacDonald has been active in local community organizations for 30 years. He served as a Trustee and Chair of the Washtenaw Community College Board, the Vice-President of the Harvard Business School Club of Detroit, the co-founder of Ann Arbor Area 2000, and the Director of the Washtenaw United Way (1981-1997), the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce (1976-1986) and the International Association for Financial Planning, Southeast Michigan (1987-1988). He is currently the President of Integrated Financial Strategies Group. He received a B.A. (with distinction) from DePauw University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Paulette R. Miller (Treasurer)
Ms. Miller has served the past 13 years as the President of Miller & Associates, P.C., of Ann Arbor, and has served as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for a number of companies since 1973. Her community involvement has included membership on the Board of Directors of the Ypsilanti Chamber of Commerce, President of the Business & Professional Women's Club, Treasurer of the Ronald McDonald House, President of the Washtenaw Economic Development Council, and Treasurer of the Washtenaw Community College Foundation. She received a degree in Mathematics & Accounting from Michigan Technological University in 1964 and her B.B.A. in Accounting (with Mathematics Minor) in 1972. Alex Milshteyn
Alex Milshteyn is a new generation of Realtor. He has over nine years of experience in real estate and for the past five years has achieved over $10 million in sales annually. Alex is involved in many organizations, including serving as the President-Elect of the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors, Board of Directors of Washtenaw Technical Middle College, Board of Directors of EMU Hillel, Commissioner of the City of Ann Arbor Building Board of Appeals, and Steering Committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Ann Arbor.
Katie Richards-Schuster is an Assistant Research Scientist at the University of Michigan School of Social Work. Her research focuses on youth participation strategies and community-based participatory evaluation with young people. She works in collaboration with communities across the country including Metropolitan Detroit, Mississippi Delta, Appalachia, Chicago, and St. Louis. Katie also teaches community practice courses in the School of Social Work and co-facilitates its Michigan Youth and Community Program. She has organized and presented at national meetings, created curricular workbooks, and co-authored multiple publications in leading youth development, community organization, and program evaluation journals.
Peg Talburtt became Executive Director of The James A. and Faith Knight Foundation in 2004. Between 1996-2003, Peg was the President/CEO of the Michigan Women's Foundation. Previously, she co-founded and was a Partner at Formative Evaluation Research Associates (FERA) where she directed many projects related to philanthropy, education innovations, gender, and program evaluation. Currently, she serves on the boards of the Washtenaw Community College Women's Council, The Academy of Sports Leadership, the Michigan League for Human Services and the Washtenaw Technical Middle College. She was selected by Crain's Detroit Business as one of its "100 Most Influential Women in Southeast Michigan" and by Corp! Magazine as one of "Michigan's 95 Most Powerful Women." Other awards include selection as the Distinguished Leadership Honoree in Philanthropic Service by the Michigan Business " Professional Association, 2000 Saturn Women at Their Best Award and also the Women of Distinction Award from the Huron Valley Girl Scout Council. She was honored to be a speaker at The White House Conference on Philanthropy in October 1999. Stuart E. White (Vice-president)
Mr. White has many years of experience in teaching social studies, organizing and sponsoring academic games, and planning strategic initiatives. He was an initial organizer of House One in the Ann Arbor Public Schools, a personalized form of secondary education, which operates currently as the IDB Block. He is a national board member of the Academic Games League of America, with 20 years experience in organizing academic events for high school students. Currently, he chairs the Board of Cogsdill Tool Products.

Alex is an alumnus of Washtenaw Technical Middle College. He has degrees in marketing and business administration from Washtenaw Community College and Eastern Michigan University. He is a licensed associate broker, a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI), and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR).
In addition to being one of the top producers in his company for the past five years and a top Realtor in Washtenaw County, Alex was residential sales manager of two Edward Surovell Realtors Ann Arbor branch offices in 2006-2008.
