WTMC Visitor Policy
WTMC students wishing to host a student visitor for a day need to pick up a visitor request form in the school office in room 214 of the Technical Industrial Building. The form needs to be filled out with the guests contact information and returned at least 48 hours prior to the visit. The Dean will phone the guest's parents to approve the visit. Once the visit is approved, the host student's WTMC teachers will be notified of the visit via email. Students who plan to take visitors to college classes must get prior approval from their college instructors prior to the visit.
On the day of the visit, the host and guest need to check in the school office before 9 a.m. Guests will receive a guest packet at that time with a pass for the day.
Guests who show up without prior approval from the Dean will be sent home.
